(1) Before the expiry of the period mentioned in the road license issued in accordance with Sections 77, 79, 80 and 83 of the Act, the owner or manager of the road licensed vehicle can show reasons for suspending the road license in accordance with Section 86 of the Act, Schedule-37 The application should be submitted in the following format.
(2) In relation to the application received under sub-rule (1), the office will suspend the road license in accordance with section 86 of the Act after conducting the necessary investigation.
(3) Apart from what is written in sub-rule (2), in relation to any vehicle, according to the Act and this regulation, the vehicle owner or manager shall submit the documents as requested by the office. If the requested documents cannot be submitted or if such documents are found to be suspicious, the road license issued in accordance with the Act and these regulations may be suspended in relation to such vehicles.
